SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is provided via Royal mail. For UK orders we use 48hr delivery. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been dispatched along with a tracking.

If you have not received your order after 72hrs (or 3 business days) from your conformation email, please contact us to arrange a solution

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For return orders contact me within: 10 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Please, contact me if your parcel hasn't arrive after 5 bussiness days and I will check with the tracking number provided by royal mail to confirm if they attempted to delivery your item.

We understand if you are upset for the inconvenience. However, do not worry, we are happy to refund you the full amount or replace your item as soon as posible.
